The implementation of IDEA StatiCa has considerably improved our processes for designing, calculating and detailing connections. It allows us to make more realistic models for any type of connection, guaranteeing reliable and efficient solutions. We were looking for a way to automate our team's call calculation process and save time on the workload of the projects in our portfolio. That's when IDEA StatiCa met this need. The program, which has a BIM interface with other software we use, has become a great ally in our calculation routine, improving productivity, increasing reliability in verifying more complex connections and consequently making us more competitive in the face of the various project demands we have.

IDEA StatiCa came along and solved the problem of checking the various types of connections quickly, agilely and efficiently. The software is user-friendly, and with it we can accurately reproduce the connections conceived in the projects. We can also directly convert the geometry from the detailing software and the forces from the calculation software. It has allowed us to venture further and further into modeling and checking as many connections as possible, from the simplest to the most complex, and to be sure that all checks are carried out safely.
