W 1989 roku założono Loe Betongelementet AS w formie, jaką znamy dzisiaj. W 2004 roku Lars Kristoffer Loe, wnuk Kristoffera Loe, nabył Loe Betongelementer AS. W trakcie przejęcia powstała Grupa Loe Holding AS, składająca się głównie z trzech w pełni zależnych spółek: Loe Betongelementer AS, Loe Rørprodukter AS oraz spółki nieruchomościowej Kristoffer Loe & Sønner AS. Spółka matka jest w 100% własnością Larsa Kristoffera Loe.
